An AWESOME Weekend !

We went to Tybee Island, GA this past weekend just to get away for a little while. Yes it was cold but not extremely so. ‘Twas a beautiful winters day as we traveled there from Macon Saturday afternoon.. The sun shone gloriously as fluffy white clouds drifted effortlessly across the endless blue sky.
Late Saturday afternoon we strolled down River Street decorated with the timeless stars of the night sky amid buildings of old, decked out for the jolly season with Christmas music enveloping the surroundings.
Sunday morning: What a gorgeous day! Our hotel faces the ocean and we decide to go for a walk on the beach. Few people are out and about in the windy coldness of the early morn. The ocean shimmers beneath a glistening sun. Waves dance playfully upon the shore in sync with the synergy of the Universe.
Alas, we must head back home. It’s been a wonderful and refreshing weekend seasoned with a little saltiness amidst the endlessness of time itself.
